5. Recordings

Displays all recorded calls for Download or Playback, also provides FTP access to do bulk downloads.

NOTE: To enable recording just edit the SIP Endpoint and enable under the General tab.

  1. Click to Filter and sort all recordings according to From or To Number or Date and Time.
  2. Click for FTP log in credentials for Bulk downloads.
  3. Click to play selected recording in Browser.
  4. Click to download selected recording.
